WilMa on the Drive is a seven story luxury rental development with 252 residential units and 55,000 square feet of new and existing commercial retail space. As part of the City of Wilton Manors strategic plan to spark economic growth, foster a sense of place and create a pedestrian-friendly experience along Wilton Drive, the design of WilMa on the Drive capitalizes on this opportunity, drawing on the development’s appeal within the local community and creating a greater sense of civic focus. Residents will enjoy a large pool deck overlooking downtown Fort Lauderdale, a fitness center, spa, pet zone, pub room and a sky lounge complete with an outdoor movie theater overlooking Wilton Drive.

Grass River Properties engaged Pixlwrks to collaborate with RSP throughout the architectural design process and to create a series of compelling visuals illustrating the building’s unique design features, as well as highlighting the sense of place and community that the City has been pushing for.  A variety of daytime and evening scenarios were implemented in order to convey the vibrancy the development would offer throughout an entire day.  Final imagery was used for Design Review Board presentations, as well as project press releases.
