Located directly adjacent to the newly opened Pines City Center, Pines Villas is 6.6 acre collection of 198 luxury rental apartments within walking distance to the Pembroke Pines City Hall complex, Pines City Center shopping area, and the Civic Center Cultural district.  Pines Villas a private, gated complex that amplifies the sense of resort-style living with amenities and community spaces such as resort-style pools, lush landscaping, a pair of two-story clubhouses with on-site spa and fitness center, outdoor gazebo, children’s playground, fully equipped summer kitchen, and a dedicated dog park.  A 120-guest room hotel is also planned on the eastern edge of the site.

Terra Group commissioned Pixlwrks to craft a set of visuals to illustrate how the project fits into the greater master planned community (also developed by Terra), as well as expressing the internal pedestrian character and scale of the development.
