Graphite Design Group engaged Pixlwrks to create a series of visualizations intended to present a seven-story 300,000sf mixed use commercial design proposal to The Sustainability Initiative showcasing the highest and best sustainable measures available in present day office building construction.  The study illustrates that smart strategies can not only benefit our problems with emissions, they can benefit the financial feasibility of a development, as well. The design will be the most sustainable building in South Lake Union.
