The Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Downtown hotel is a 259 guestroom, LEED certified, dual-branded hotel in Tempe, Arizona. The eight-story hotel is located within walking distance of Sun Devil Stadium and is immediately adjacent to Desert Financial Arena and Mullett Arena. Hotel amenities include a roofop bar & pool, an open lobby, shaded patio spaces, meeting rooms and outdoor event spaces that includes a ground-level guest kitchen, dining areas and a lobby bar. The hotel provides guests a welcoming place to stay, gather and enjoy downtown Tempe with immediate access to Arizona State University's largest sporting venues and the Novus Place retail and hospitality amenities.
Pixlwrks was commissioned to develop a set of visuals illustrating the overall architectural design, as well as highlighting the pedestrian oriented spaces along the adjacent streets.
